Service Center

According to ISO 9001:2008 standard is the area that prepared for repairing and servicing any types of units. Technician who are responsible in this department have been equipped with the skill and knowledge from regular training and experience. The process are systematically straight forward and simple, once the units arrives and check in to our headquarters, it will automatically being sent to the service center, first step is the registration of the units for our intern administration purpose.
Once it registered, specialist will ready to disassemble units in order to do identification of the failed part of the unit. They will prepare a paper works listing the reports of the identification which will be re-check again by the technical department. After being approved and confirmed, the data will be sent to the sales department in order to process the reports and offer letter to that particular customers. Once the service being approved, the unit will be repair and or parts changing.
Not just repairing, we also test run, clean up housing and re-paint it. And before delivering back to customer, unit will be inspected one more time by the QC (Quality Control). This whole process is based accordingly to the ISO 9001: 2008 standard based on the quality assurance.
